LEAGUE & LCFA RULES: The Club is mindful of the Constitution and Rules of Liverpool County FA and Leagues that its teams belong to, especially the rules pertaining to misconduct on/off the field of play, and the players selected to play League Representative Matches. Players, Parents, Officers of the Club, Managers and Coaches, receiving a CAUTION or a SENDING OFF, should be aware that the Club incurs an administration fee set by the Liverpool County Football Association. The offending person will pay all such fees and fines. *IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO POLICE YOURESELF, YOUR PLAYERS, PARENTS AND SPECTATORS* *

FINES - RESULTS OF MATCHES & LEAGUE RULES: Liverpool County FA and Leagues have set procedures for Clubs to notify them of results or cancelled games, plus the non-attendance of the opposing team; it is the responsibility of the Team Manager to ensure that these procedures are followed. The offending person must pay any fines incurred as a result of not following LCFA and/or their teams League procedures. *

I UNDERSTAND THAT IF I DO NOT FOLLOW THIS AGREEMENT I MAY: * Receive a formal warning from the club. * Be sanctioned or Fined by The FA and/or my League * Be suspended by the Club * Be asked to leave the your role at the Club or asked to leave the Club altogether. *
