THE CLUB: The aim of Runcorn Saxons Football Club is to create a warm & safe environment for boys and girls to learn and enjoy the art of football. To enable us as a club to fulfill this aim, we must abide by rules and know our boundaries. Therefore, Runcorn Saxons Football Club abides & adheres to a code of conduct for volunteers, players & spectators alike.
*
I have read the above
• All volunteers will abide by the Clubs, The FAs and the Legal requirements necessary to be compliant to work and coach U18s Football. • All Club Coaches should adopt and deliver the Clubs Philosophy – can be found at www.RSFC.co.uk • All managers & coaches must treat all players equally and gain mutual trust of each player • Always put the well-being & safety of each player above all other agendas. If a player is injured in any way then he or she must not take part in any match or training sessions. • Always follow club rules & regulations as laid down by the Committee • Managers must guide & encourage players to take responsibility for their own behaviour & performances within the team • Always ensure that the training & methods are appropriate for the player’s age & ability to promote self esteem within the players & reward with positive encouragement at all times • Always set expectations, rules and clear consequences at the beginning of each session so players know exactly what is expected of them during a training session and/or within match days to save disappointment from both parties • Always show respect towards the opposition and lead by example. Never condone misconduct by any player or tolerate or use foul or abusive language • Managers or the Coach in charge MUST be fully responsible for the behaviour of and control of their line. Referees have been instructed by The FA and Leagues to Red card Managers/Coaches for not controlling their line and to abandon games if necessary.
