Do not complete the 3 registration forms below unless you are ready to set up and make the first subscription payment via GoCardless.

Player registration will remain incomplete until:

A subscription payment is set up, and the first payment has been received by the Club.

Without a completed subscription:

Your child will NOT be registered or insured to take part in any Club activities, therefore will NOT be allowed to train or play for the Club.

This Code of Conduct will improve and maintain the standards everyone at Runcorn Saxons FC expects to see at our Club. This Code outlines expected Standards of Behaviour which ensure a positive football environment for ALL. Together, our Standards of Behaviour promote a positive, inclusive and respectful football experience for everyone involved with the Club.

I WILL: • Remember that children play for FUN. • Applaud effort and good play as well as success. • Respect the referee’s decisions even when you don’t agree with them. • Appreciate good play from whatever team it comes from. • Remain behind the touchline and the spectator’s RESPECT barrier at all times. • Let the coach do their job and not confuse the players by telling them what to do. • When players make mistakes, offer them encouragement to try again next time. • Respect all ‘managers’ decisions on match days & training sessions. • Encourage the players to respect the opposition, referee and match officials. • Support positively and offer players encouragement not criticism. • Never engage in, or tolerate offensive, insulting or abusive language or aggressive behaviour. • Follow the correct Club complaints procedure after an incident *

I UNDERSTAND THAT IF I DO NOT FOLLOW THIS CODE I MAY: • Be required to meet with members of the Club Committee, Club Welfare Officer, the League or County FA Welfare Officer. • Receive a formal warning from the club, league or FA and/or an FA or Club fine. • Be obliged to attend an FA educational course. • Be obliged to physically leave a Club activity or venue by the Club. • Be requested not to attend future Club activities indefinitely or be suspended from Club activities for a period deemed by the Club. • Be required to leave the Club after investigation along with any dependants. • Be asked to leave with immediate effect if offence is deemed by the Club Committee as gross misconduct *

Social Media: Your actions on any social media or messaging platforms may have serious consequences and repercussions for the club or its volunteers. Specifically but not limited to, any of the following related issues connected in any way to Runcorn Saxons FC and its volunteers will be deemed a breach of the code of conduct: Negative comments, inappropriate images, bullying, criticism, racism, sexist or derogatory remarks. This not only impacts negatively on the people they are about, they reflect badly on yourself, your child, your child’s team and on Runcorn Saxons FC that you represent. If you are found to have acted improperly on social media or messaging platforms by specifically breaching any of this part of this code of conduct regarding a football or Club related matter, then a zero tolerance approach will be taken by the Club Committee. *

Failure to adhere to any part of this Codes of Conduct may result in expulsion from the Club and registration withdrawal of the player with whom the offending person is associated following investigation by a designated Club discipline committee. *

In the case of Gross Misconduct as detailed (but not limited to) the points below, the registration of the player with whom the offending person is associated will be withdrawn with immediate effect by the Club Committee: • Threat of, or actual violent behaviour to any player, official, spectator or representative of the Club or their opponents. • Threat or actual sexual misconduct to any player, official, spectator or representative of the Club or their opponents. • Actual damage to property belonging to the Club, or any premises or equipment being used by or on behalf of the Club. • Serious written or verbal abuse to any player, official, spectator  or representative of the Club  or their opponents. *

WHEN PLAYING FOOTBALL I WILL: 1. Always play to the best of my ability and for the benefit of my team. 2. Play fairly – I won’t cheat, dive, complain or waste time. 3. Respect my team mates, the other team, the referee, my coach and my manager. 4. Play by the rules, as directed by the referee. 5. Be gracious in victory and defeat – I will shake hands with the other players and the referee at the 6. end of the game. 7. Listen and respond to what my coach / manager tells me. 8. Not use bad language or be aggressive towards my team mates, opposition, spectators or match officials 9. Always take into consideration the wellbeing of other players and never deliberately injure another player before, during or after a game 10. Understand that a coach has to do what is best for the team and not for one player. 11. Talk to someone I trust or the club welfare officer if I am unhappy about anything. *

I UNDERSTAND THAT IF I DO NOT FOLLOW THIS CODE I MAY:  Be required to apologise to my team mates, the other team, the referee, the coach or the manager.  Receive a formal warning from the club.  Be left out of the team or substituted.  Be suspended from training.  Be required to leave the club after investigation and have my Club registration terminated.  Be asked to leave with immediate effect if offence is deemed by the Club Committee as gross misconduct *

Player Registration and Subscription Payment – Important Information: To complete your child’s registration for the 2025/26 season with Runcorn Saxons FC , a parent or guardian must set up a subscription payment via our secure GoCardless link below. This payment covers your child’s club membership, insurance, training, and matchday participation.

Annual subscription of £295 is collected over 10 monthly payments (July-April) of £29.50 pcm
